It compresses ordinary results, elevates observations that crossed retained review rules, and keeps evidence limits beside the claims they affect. It is not live monitoring, a trading instruction, or a solvency verdict.
After each daily capture, Watch checks fixed selected assets and pegs, ETF and CEX flows, selected stress, and retained incident reports. A crossed review rule appears in Evidence review; other checks remain in Current conditions with their state and daily change shown separately. Material evidence gaps stay beside the affected claim or appear below. The speculative long tail is outside this review queue; anomaly history retains older records without making them current alerts.
The top strip separates capture time from feed and briefing generation. Evidence review counts current items needing human review; No new review triggers counts checks, not healthy assets. Evidence limits count material gaps, including gaps attached to a review card. A provider coverage count describes that provider's stated universe; it does not verify every wallet, asset, or observation timestamp. Unavailable means the evidence was not established, never zero.
Read Capture, Anomaly feed, Watch briefing, and the age label. A previous-day capture describes retained evidence, not the market right now.
Evidence review required means an observation crossed a retained rule and needs human review. It does not mean buy, sell, insolvency or confirmed incident.
Check the unit, denominator, provider scope and observation time. A CEX reporting count describes eligible exchanges, not wallet or asset completeness. An absolute percentile compares magnitude with prior magnitudes; provider flow is not a reserve change or solvency measure.
Read disposition, evidence confidence, observation alignment, expected refresh and evidence needed. Unresolved means the evidence has not yet supported a final reviewer conclusion.
No new review trigger is not the same as normal. A condition can remain stressed without changing enough to create a new trigger; state and daily change are shown separately.
Open benchmarks, evidence gaps, monitoring rules or anomaly history when you need the calculation, limitation or source record. Archived events remain evidence; they are not automatically active concerns.
